  • It depends on the size of the damaged area, what caused the damage, and how much texture and color matching the repair needs.

    Small patches cost less than repairs that involve moisture damage behind the wall.

    The honest answer is that we need to look at it first, so we provide free estimates. Send us photos or schedule a visit, and we’ll give you a clear number before any work starts.

  • Hairline cracks are common and usually cosmetic.

    Cracks wider than about an eighth of an inch, cracks that keep growing, or cracks with staining around them can mean water is getting behind the stucco, and that’s worth fixing before it spreads. If you’re not sure, have us take a look. Catching a small repair early is a lot cheaper than repairing the wall behind it.

  • Traditional cement stucco commonly lasts 50 to 80 years when it’s installed correctly and maintained. Installation quality matters more than anything else.

    Proper preparation, drainage detailing, and good curing keep moisture out, which determines whether stucco lasts for decades or fails early. Sealing cracks as they show up and keeping paint or sealer in good shape extends the life even further.

  • Yes. Cement stucco is made from cement, lime, sand, and water, and none of those materials burn. A properly built three-coat stucco wall assembly is commonly rated for about one hour of fire resistance, which is one reason stucco is a popular exterior finish in Texas.

  • Most brick homes built today are brick veneer, which is a single layer of brick attached to the framed structure behind it.

    Full brick, sometimes called structural brick, uses the brick itself to carry the load, and it’s mostly found on older buildings. Veneer gives you the look and durability of brick at a lower cost, and it’s easier to repair. We install and repair both.
